"I am launching a full-service food-delivery platform for the Cameroonian market and need a production-ready mobile app that works seamlessly on both Android and iOS. The core flow is straightforward: customers browse nearby restaurants, place an order, pay in-app, and then watch their driver approach in real-time on Google Maps until the meal reaches their doorstep.

Accounts & roles
• Customers create profiles, store addresses, and enjoy live order tracking.
• Delivery personnel receive task notifications, optimized routes via Google Maps, and status checkpoints (accepted, picked-up, delivered).
• Restaurants manage menus, availability, pricing, and see incoming orders from their own dashboard.

Key customer-side features
– Real-time order tracking tied to the driver’s live GPS location.
– Secure payment gateway integration supporting local cards and mobile money.

Project scope
I’m looking for a developer (or team) who can handle the complete build: UI/UX, native or cross-platform code, backend/API, database, and Google Maps integration. Clean, well-documented code and deployment support to both app stores are expected.

Acceptance criteria
1. Android & iOS apps published under my accounts.
2. Stable login/registration for all three user roles.
3. End-to-end order cycle works, with accurate map tracking and status updates.
4. Payments process successfully in the Cameroonian market.
5. Admin panel exposes key analytics (orders, revenue, driver performance).
