"Project Title: 3D Model Creation for Plywood Interlocking Puzzles
I'm a puzzle maker specializing in creating 3D interlocking puzzles from laser-cut plywood. I'm looking for a skilled 3D modeler to create the base models and then slice them into interlocking pieces for assembly. The final assembled puzzles should have dimensions of approximately 150 x 45 x 100 mm, with the parts designed for 3mm thick plywood.

I need an initial batch of 10 different zoo animal models. The goal is to create a product similar to the example image provided. The deliverables for each model are as follows:

A complete 3D model in STL format.

The sliced, interlocking puzzle pieces, arranged and nested onto a maximum of two 9" x 6" sheets for efficient laser cutting.

Project Requirements
Final Product Dimensions: The assembled puzzle should be roughly 150 x 45 x 100 mm.

Material Thickness: The design must be compatible with 3mm thick plywood.

Sheet Size: All interlocking pieces for a single model must fit on a maximum of two 9" x 6" sheets.

Copyright: All intellectual property and copyright for the delivered models and designs will belong exclusively to my company, Terra Puzzles. This includes any models generated using AI.
