"I need a working AppSheet application that lets our maintenance crew inspect factory safety equipment directly from their phones or tablets. The data structure is already in Google Sheets with three tables—Equipment Inventory, Service List, and Inspection Sheet—so the build can focus on app logic and user flow rather than database design.

How the app should behave
• When a technician selects an item from the Equipment Inventory, the app must pull the matching service tasks from the Service List and generate an on-the-spot inspection form. The frequency is determined by the equipment type, not a fixed daily / weekly / monthly cycle.
• Equipment covered: Fire extinguishers, First aid kits, and Safety harnesses.
• For fire extinguishers the form needs mandatory Pressure, Seal, and Hose checks, captured as separate fields with pass/fail or numeric inputs where appropriate. Similar task groupings should appear for the other equipment types based on the existing Service List.

Core deliverables
1. A fully functional AppSheet app connected to the three existing tables.
2. Dynamic form generation that uses the Service List to populate required checks for each equipment type.
3. Automatic time-stamping, user signature capture, and status write-back into the Inspection Sheet.
4. Basic UX polish: clear navigation, inline images/icons where helpful, and conditional formatting to flag overdue inspections.
5. Deployment guidance so the team can install the app and begin logging inspections immediately.
