"I need a conversational AI that will answer incoming phone calls and seamlessly book appointments, freeing my team from routine call handling. The bot must route or resolve queries in natural, human-sounding language, then push every new contact or booking straight into our CRM, sync times with our calendar, and confirm details with the caller on the spot.

Core scope
• Voice handling: connect to our existing phone system (SIP/Twilio or a comparable VoIP gateway) so the assistant can pick up, greet, and converse in real time.
• Appointment engine: read free-busy data from our calendar, suggest slots, lock in meetings, and send confirmations or reminders.
• Data flow: create or update records in our CRM after every call, attaching call notes and appointment info.
• Management layer: provide a secure web dashboard where I can adjust greetings, view transcripts, and monitor key metrics (call volume, booking rates, caller sentiment, etc.).

Tech flexibility
I’m open on underlying NLP stacks—Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, Rasa, or a custom model—as long as voice quality and accuracy stay high and the integrations listed above run smoothly. If middleware or webhooks are required, document them clearly.

Acceptance criteria
1. A live, end-to-end demo number that answers, schedules, and writes to the CRM.
2. Web dashboard deployed to our cloud account with role-based access.
3. Source code and setup instructions checked into a private repo.
4. One-hour handoff call plus two weeks of post-launch support for minor fixes.
