What I need:
Hi! I run a cleaning service in the UK. I’d like a WhatsApp booking helper that:
• Knows clients’ usual slots, addresses, and favourite cleaners
• Sends a message each week: “Here’s your regular slot with your favourite cleaner—please confirm / cancel / reschedule.”
• If rescheduling, only offers times when that cleaner is available.
• Automatically books confirmed slots into Google Calendar.
• Notifies the cleaner via WhatsApp.
• Reminds the client 24 hours before.
