I am looking for a skilled full-stack web developer (or small team) to build a simple MVP of a handyman & service marketplace, similar to [login to view URL], but with anonymity and a hybrid monetization model.

Core features:

Customer registration & company registration (categories: plumbing, heating, painting, flooring, cleaning, etc.)

Customers can post jobs anonymously (title, description, photos, budget, location).

Companies can submit anonymous rough offers (price + message).

Customers select offers → only then identities are revealed for both sides.

Subscription required to access all job posts (without subscription only limited access).

Pay-per-lead system with coins/credits: companies pay only when selected by a customer.

Dashboards for customers & companies (jobs, offers, status).

Admin panel to manage users, jobs, and payments.

Payment integration (Stripe, PayPal, Twint).

Mobile-first, responsive design.

Optional (Phase 2, not MVP):

AI support for job descriptions and budget suggestions.

Spam filter for unserious jobs.

Rating system for companies.
