"I’m putting together a lightweight web application that lets users keep a wallet balance and spend it on one single service. The flow is deliberately minimal:

• Users sign in with a simple username / password, see their current balance, and click once to trigger the service. Each use must automatically deduct the predefined amount; if the balance is insufficient the action is refused.

• A Main Admin dashboard lets me create or deactivate users, top-up any wallet balance, and review a searchable transaction history so every credit and debit is traceable.

The front end can be plain HTML + CSS / JavaScript or a small SPA; the back-end stack is open (Laravel, Django, Node, or similar are fine) so long as code is well structured and easy for me to redeploy. Please include:

1. Database schema (SQL or Dbever) covering users, wallets, and transactions.
2. Seed data or an admin script so I can add the first accounts quickly.
3. Clear instructions to run the project locally
4. A short README describing where the balance-deduction logic lives and how to adjust the service price.

No other modules, payment gateways, or multi-service routing are required—just the focused wallet workflow described above." (client-provided description)
