"Job Title - Full-Stack Flutter / Laravel Developer (Remote, Full-Time)

We are looking for a versatile Full-Stack Developer with strong Flutter and Laravel experience to join our international engineering team - This is a long-term, full-time remote role with a clear path to grow into Lead Developer / Head of Engineering

You will build and maintain modern cross-platform mobile applications (Flutter), robust backends (Laravel), and contribute to frontend web solutions - MERN stack experience is a plus for extending product capabilities

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter
- Design and implement backend services and APIs using Laravel
- Build responsive web frontends and admin dashboards
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and authentication systems
- Optimize performance and ensure application security
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code (unit and integration tests)
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers
- Growth path - Take lead on full-stack architecture decisions, deployments, and mentoring

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Flutter development experience
- 3+ years of professional Laravel (PHP) experience
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Experience with state management in Flutter (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for frontend integration
- Familiarity with CI/CD using GitHub Actions
- MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in remote teams
