"Job Title - Full-Time Flutter Developer (Remote, Full-Time)

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our international engineering team - This is a long-term, full-time remote role with a clear path to grow into Mobile Lead / Head of Mobile Engineering.

You will build modern cross-platform mobile applications (iOS/Android), implement clean architectures, and collaborate with designers and backend engineers - Over time, you’ll take ownership of mobile development standards, lead app store releases, and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android
- Implement responsive UI/UX based on Figma designs
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs
- Optimize performance, handle offline-first features, and ensure smooth animations
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code (unit and widget tests)
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers
- Growth path - Take lead on mobile architecture decisions, app releases, and mentoring

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Flutter/Dart experience
- Published apps in App Store / Play Store
- Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, MobX, etc.)
- Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics
- Familiarity with CI/CD using GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of native Android/iOS (Kotlin/Swift) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in remote teams
