Location: Bengaluru, India
Budget: Recommended by industry experts
Time to start: As soon as possible
Project description:
"I’m building a mobile experience that puts authentic restaurant reviews at center stage while letting diners lock in a table on the spot. Think of the community-driven side of Zomato, expanded with built-in reservation booking, but without the food-delivery clutter.
Core experience
• Users create profiles, post ratings (1–5 stars) and detailed reviews, upload photos, and interact through likes or comments.
• Real-time table-reservation flow: live availability, confirmation screens, and push/email reminders.
• Modern, sleek interface: smooth micro-animations, dark/light mode, crisp typography—everything must feel native on both iOS and Android.
Tech expectations
Feel free to suggest Flutter, React Native, Kotlin/Swift, or another mobile stack you’re comfortable with; just keep performance snappy and the UI pixel-perfect. I’ll need an admin web panel (any mainstream framework) for moderating content, managing restaurants, and exporting usage data.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional iOS & Android apps compiled for App Store/Google Play submission
2. Source code in a private Git repo with clear commit history
3. Admin dashboard + API documentation
4. Short hand-off video or live walk-through showing core flows
Acceptance criteria
• Review posting, editing, and deletion work flawlessly, including media uploads up to 10 MB each.
• Reservation requests sync in under 2 seconds and reflect real-time seat counts.
• UI passes Figma design spec within 2 px tolerance and 60 fps on mid-range devices.
• All endpoints protected with token-based auth and input validation tests.
If future phases go well, I may extend the scope to loyalty programs and even food ordering, so clean, modular code is important. Let me know which stack you’d use, any similar projects you’ve shipped, and a rough timeline to MVP." (client-provided description)
