"I’m planning a two-app ecosystem—one for shippers and one for drivers—modeled on services like Uber or Yandex but focused exclusively on on-demand cargo transport. My immediate goal is to understand what it will take in time and money to move from concept to launch on both iOS and Android.

Core functionality I must have
• Real-time tracking of every load from pickup to delivery
• Secure online payments (cards, wallets, in-app balance)
• Scheduling and booking with instant or future pickup options
• Automatic price estimates before a load is confirmed

Alongside those features, I’ll need the usual account management, ratings, push notifications, and a web-based admin panel to oversee orders, drivers, and payouts.
