• Assign tasks to individual designers, log progress in real time, and trigger automated notifications when a new task is created, updated, or completed.
• Track key progress metrics and surface clear deadline reminders so nothing slips.
• Keep a structured record of every client’s contact details and full project history, easy to query and export.

The code should be clean, well-commented, and modular so future additions—such as portfolio or feedback tracking—can drop in without rewrites.
