"I need a web application that lets individuals record and maintain their financial assets while giving me—on the admin side—full visibility and control to protect, verify, and eventually close each account when required. The build is split into two tightly-integrated portals:

User Portal
• Asset information management: users add, edit, and view details of their financial holdings.
• Nominee details submission: every asset can be linked to one or more nominees.
• Life declaration submission: at scheduled intervals users confirm they are alive; reminders and a simple form flow are essential.

Admin Portal
• User management: create, suspend, reactivate, and audit user profiles.
• Asset audit & verification: review submitted asset records, flag discrepancies, and track verification status.
• Service closure management: when life declarations lapse or a death is reported, trigger and document the systematic hand-over or closure of services.

Core requirements
• End-to-end encryption for stored and transmitted data.
• Role-based access control separating user and admin privileges.
• Tamper-proof audit logs for every change.
• Responsive UI that works smoothly on desktop and mobile.
• Clean, well-documented codebase plus deployment scripts or Docker files so I can host it on my own server.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. A live staging link showing all features above working as described.
2. Source code repository with clear setup instructions.
3. Security test results (OWASP top-10 scan or similar).
