Time to start: As soon as possible
Project description:
"I need a small web application—admin and user areas only—that lets me handle ShipStation orders and labels from one place and have it live on a single server by tomorrow.
Admin panel
The core of the admin side is ShipStation order management: I add or edit several API key / secret pairs, press a button to pull in orders that are Awaiting Shipment, and see a searchable list that can be filtered by store, account, or status. From that list a single click must create the label and open it ready to print (I’m fine if only one carrier is wired up for this first version). Basic user management is required too: create or delete users and switch a user’s role between admin and user.
User panel
A straightforward email-and-password login with a simple reset link is enough. After signing in, each user should only see their own orders (order number, buyer, date, status, tracking). They can generate a label, download an existing PDF, or hit a Print button. Every label creation or print action should drop a line into a lightweight activity log I can review later.
Tech notes & scope
• Any modern stack is acceptable as long as it runs on a single VPS or shared host.
• Pre-built admin or user templates are welcome; the layout just needs to be clean and functional.
• The ShipStation API is the only external integration—fetch orders and create labels (one carrier is fine for MVP).
Deliverable
A fully working, self-contained web app (admin + user panels) that I can deploy immediately after hand-off, all within a 24-hour turnaround." (client-provided description)
