"I used the Lovable builder to prototype a landing page (see the live draft here: [login to view URL]) and now I need the same look and feel hand-coded in clean, production-ready HTML5, CSS and vanilla JS.

Scope
• One fully responsive landing page that mirrors the current layout, colours, typography and spacing.
• Hero section will swap the existing background for a looping MP4 video that autoplays, is muted, and sits beneath a STATIC text overlay.
• Add tasteful hover effects on buttons, links and any interactive elements.
• Introduce subtle scroll animations as each section comes into view; no parallax is required.

Deliverables
- Organised source files (HTML, CSS, JS) ready to drop on any standard hosting stack.
- A brief read-me describing asset locations and how to swap the hero video.
