"I’m ready to launch a website that sells access through three subscription options—weekly, monthly and yearly. After a visitor chooses a plan and pays, the site should automatically create a basic user account, log them in and unlock the protected pages. All the account needs to do is handle sign-up, email confirmation, login, logout and a simple view of the user’s current plan; no profile customization or social features are required.

A mainstream, secure payment gateway such as Stripe or PayPal must handle recurring billing, renewals and cancellations. I’m flexible on tech stack—WordPress with WooCommerce Subscriptions, Laravel with Cashier, or a comparable solution is fine—so long as it is stable, well-documented and easy for me to maintain.
