"I want to launch a small-scale online platform dedicated to academic tutoring, exclusively in English, with an emphasis on literature analysis. The idea is to give high-school and first-year university students a place where they can join live one-to-one or small-group sessions, annotate texts together with the tutor, and track their progress over time.

Here’s what I’m picturing:

• A clean, responsive web app (desktop first, mobile ready) where students can register, book sessions, and pay securely.
• A tutor dashboard that lets me upload passages, add notes, set homework, and see each learner’s history at a glance.
• Real-time video and interactive whiteboard or shared document view so we can mark up Shakespeare, poetry, or critical essays together.
• Basic progress analytics (sessions attended, assignments completed, tutor feedback) presented in an easy report format for parents or guardians.

I’m comfortable discussing tech stacks—React with a Node backend, Django, or even a sturdy WordPress/LearnDash setup—as long as the final build is stable, scalable, and simple for a non-technical admin to maintain. Payment integration can be Stripe or PayPal; video can run through WebRTC or a service like Zoom’s SDK, whichever you feel is most sensible for cost and reliability.

Deliverable: a fully functioning, branded platform handed over with source code, documented setup instructions, and a brief walk-through call so I can manage day-to-day operations on my own.
