"The goal is to take our Monero mining pool from concept to production while sitting with us on-site in Prayagraj. I need one person who can own every layer of the stack—interface, APIs, database, stratum integration, server tuning and security—until the pool is live on our in-house hardware under a public domain.

Core scope
• Build secure registration and login guarded by CAPTCHA, email verification, two-factor authentication and mobile-based OTP.
• Design a real-time dashboard that lists every connected miner with its individual hashrate, plus overall pool hashrate, block progress and historical graphs.
• Implement a payout management system that supports automatic/manual payouts, threshold rules and a searchable payout history log.
• Deliver an admin panel that lets me manage users, payouts, pool parameters and server health without touching the command line.
• Install, configure and harden the Monero daemon, pool software and web front end on our local server, then point the live domain and set up SSL.

Everything must run smoothly on our own infrastructure, so hands-on deployment, tweaking and monitoring are part of the job. You will be working from our office, collaborating directly with me for rapid feedback and immediate access to the hardware.

Once the site is up and humming, hand over clean, well-documented code plus any scripts or configs you created, and walk me through basic maintenance so the pool remains stable long after launch." (client-provided description)
