Project description:
"I need a clean, intuitive digital form that my field surveyors can open on a tablet or phone and quickly log every key detail we require before designing a solar system. The form’s sole focus is site details and measurements, specifically: roof dimensions, shade analysis, electrical panel location, and the proposed battery & inverter locations. It must also prompt the surveyor to attach photographs of the site so our design team has up-to-date visual references.

Please structure the flow so that each section appears only after the previous one is completed, use clearly labelled fields for measurements (metric and imperial), and include image-upload slots that accept multiple photos without compressing them too much. A straightforward summary page at the end should let the surveyor review all entries before hitting submit.

Deliverables:
• A shareable, mobile-friendly form (Google Forms, Jotform, Typeform or similar—use whichever lets us export data to CSV).
• Simple instructions for duplicating or editing the form in-house.
• A short validation checklist so we can test that every field records accurately and that photo uploads land in the linked storage folder.
