"I already have the overall layout planned and the copy drafted; what I need now is polished front-end code that brings the concept to life. The page must be built with plain HTML5, Bootstrap 5 and custom CSS, and it has to feel equally smooth on mobile, tablet and desktop.

Core sections I expect from you:
• Hero section that features a strong, visually clear call-to-action (I’m open to your suggestion on whether it should be a Sign-Up, Learn-More, or Download button).
• Responsive card grid for key highlights or features.
• Contact form (fields: name, email, message) that is visually consistent with the rest of the design; I will handle server-side processing, so only the front-end markup and basic client-side validation are required.
• Clean footer holding copyright text and social media links.

Quality checklist for hand-off:
• Uses Bootstrap utilities rather than heavy custom classes where possible.
• SCSS or well-commented CSS so I can tweak colors and spacing later.
• Cross-browser testing done on the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
• All images and assets optimized; page should score well on Lighthouse performance and accessibility.
