"I’m ready to build a productivity-focused mobile app that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. Its core job is straightforward: let users create a personal account, scan documents with the device camera, and store or forward those files inside the app. A lightweight subscription layer will unlock premium quotas or extra storage, so the code must include a clean paywall and in-app purchase flow.

Here is what I need from you:
• A single code-base solution (React Native, Flutter or similar) compiled for the two stores.
• A crisp onboarding process that walks new members through sign-up, email/phone verification and plan selection.
• Reliable document scanning: edge detection, auto-crop, PDF export and cloud upload (Firebase, AWS S3, or any secure alternative we agree on).
• A simple dashboard where users view, search and share their stored files.
• Subscription management tied to App Store / Google Play billing, including upgrade, downgrade and cancel functions.
• Clean, modular source code, brief setup notes, and a test build for review before final hand-over.
