"I’m looking for a developer who can take our current manual sign-up process and turn it into a fully automated, web experience. Members will complete a single-tier registration, pay once, and instantly receive a personalised digital card containing their details and a unique QR code for event check-ins.

Here’s what I need the finished service to do:

• Collect the member’s name, email and Student ID through a responsive web form.
• Process one-time payments via Credit/Debit card and direct Bank Transfer, then confirm the transaction in real time.
• Generate a unique, scannable QR code for every approved member.
• Merge the QR code, name, Student ID and membership tier onto a card layout that our in-house design team will supply (you won’t have to design the artwork).
• Email the completed card to the member automatically.


I’m flexible on the underlying tech stack as long as the final product is reliable, easy for us to maintain and works smoothly across modern browsers and iOS/Android devices. QR generation libraries, payment gateways and email services are all fair game—just tell me what you plan to use and why.
