Project description:
"I need a complete, ready-to-hand-over Google Play presence. First, set up and verify a brand-new Google Play Console account under a fresh Gmail, then build a straightforward, classic-themed arcade game. The gameplay can be simple—think endless level or score-chase style—but it must include an in-app purchase flow that lets users buy coins through Google Play Billing (card payments).

Once the APK/AAB is signed, upload it to the new console, fill out the store listing, secure approval from Google, and then transfer both the console account and the game to me. I’ll also need the full source code and signing keystore.

Deliverables:
• Verified Google Play Console account, transferred to my email
• Classic arcade game APK/AAB + source code
• Implemented Google Play Billing for coin packs
