Project description:
"I run machines that are switched on and off through SmartLite hardware, and I want customers to be able to buy 30-minute usage slots straight from their phones. I want a webpage that works well on mobile where users will create an account with an email and password, and it will present them buttons for each washer or dryer at their disposal. They will click on whichever they want, and then will pay certain amount of money to get it working. The app will communicate to SmartLife to swith the plug on, and after 30 minutes will turn it off.

Key flow
• Account creation and login must rely on a standard email / password routine, stored securely.
• Payments have to clear through credit/debit cards and the native wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• Once payment is confirmed, the app must trigger SmartLite to enable the machine for precisely 30 minutes and then shut it off.

Deliverables I expect
• Production-ready code, fully tested.
• A lightweight back-end (cloud function, REST API or similar) that handles user auth, slot scheduling, payment confirmation and communication with SmartLife.
• Source code, build instructions, and a brief hand-off guide outlining how to add new machines or adjust slot length if needed.

If you have prior experience tying web apps into hardware controllers (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or API), that will make the integration smoother, but I’m open to whichever stack you prefer as long as the result is stable, secure, and easy for me to maintain." (client-provided description)
