"My WordPress site relies on several in-house enquiry and contact forms, and I want each successful submission to fire an instant text message through the [login to view URL] gateway. The goal is simple: as soon as a visitor hits “send”, TouchSMS should deliver a notification to the mobile numbers I configure, using their REST API and my existing WordPress forms (no rebuild of the forms themselves).

Here’s what I need from you:

• Connect every current WordPress form to TouchSMS so the SMS is triggered on submission.
• Allow me to tailor the outgoing text—for example, pulling key form fields or a brief custom line—without editing code each time.
• Keep everything within WordPress’s admin area: settings page, API key field, number list and a quick toggle per form.
• Make sure messages send reliably, log any failures, and do a quick sandbox test with me before pushing live.
• Provide a short, step-by-step note on how to add future forms to the same flow.

If you’ve worked with TouchSMS, Twilio or similar gateways in WordPress, this will be familiar territory.
