"I’m launching an online gift shop and need an end-to-end solution that works flawlessly on both web browsers and mobile devices. The experience must be intuitive for shoppers—from browsing to payment—and just as straightforward for me when I’m loading new products or tracking orders behind the scenes.

Shopping flow
• Customers should quickly locate items through robust product search and filtering, then save favourites to a wishlist for later.
• User reviews and star ratings need to sit prominently on each product page to build trust and drive conversions.

Checkout & payments
At the payment stage I want built-in support for credit/debit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers, all processed over SSL and in full compliance with New Zealand e-commerce and privacy regulations (PCI-DSS, CGA, Privacy Act 2020). Secure order confirmation emails and GST-ready invoices are essential.

Admin & fulfilment
On the back end I must be able to:
– Add or edit products, photos, prices and stock levels in bulk or individually.
– View, filter and export customer orders and delivery statuses.
– Set shipping tiers for domestic and international delivery and print courier labels without leaving the dashboard.

Deliverables
• Responsive website published to my domain.
• iOS and Android apps distributed through the respective stores.
