"I need a production-ready online banking script built in PHP/Laravel that I can install, brand, and extend. Security and clean code are non-negotiable—I want the core features working out of the box so my team can focus on UI tweaks and future modules rather than reinventing the wheel.

Here’s what I expect to receive:

• Source code for a Laravel-based web application, fully documented
• Secure user registration and login with both SMS OTP and Email OTP for two-factor authentication
• A responsive user dashboard showing real-time account summary, balances, and transaction history
• Admin dashboard that lets me create, suspend, and verify users, approve KYC uploads, and monitor all transactions
• End-to-end flows for deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers between users, each logging to a ledger I can audit
• Email and SMS notification hooks for every critical event (new login, successful transfer, failed OTP, etc.)
• KYC module that lets users upload ID documents and stores them encrypted at rest
• Multi-currency architecture or, at minimum, code structured so adding currencies is straightforward
• Modern front-end (Blade + Bootstrap/Tailwind or similar) that renders perfectly on mobile and desktop

Acceptance criteria:
1. I can clone the repo, update .env, run migrations/seeds, and see a working system on Laravel’s built-in server.
2. Test accounts created from the UI can deposit, transfer, and withdraw with all transactions reflected instantly in both dashboards.
3. OTPs arrive within five seconds, and invalid attempts are blocked after a configurable threshold.
4. No critical vulnerabilities flagged by Laravel-built-in security tools or an OWASP ZAP scan.
