"I’m building a modern, sleek learning-management site on WordPress and need a developer who can wire all core LMS functions together so the platform is ready for real students, instructors, and admins.

The site must let visitors create an account, preview free material, and seamlessly upgrade to paid, self-paced courses. Students will be able to buy a course once and then stream or download its videos and PDFs from their dashboard, with progress tracking tied to their login. Administrators should retain full control of users, payments, and content, while instructors get a clean interface to upload or update lessons.

Payment flow is critical: please connect PayPal, standard credit/debit card processing, plus Indian-friendly options like UPI, QR-code, and Netbanking so every sale lands in our account without friction. After purchase, enrollment must activate automatically.

To keep learners engaged we also want an announcement bar (or similar) that highlights new live-classroom intakes and important updates right inside the course area.
