"I need a lean, reliable mobile solution that lets a small construction team — no more than 40 field workers — receive tasks and document progress with date-stamped photos each day. The same build must run on both iOS and Android.

Three role levels keep everything organised:

• Administrator – sets up projects, managers, and workers
• Manager – assigns or edits daily tasks, reviews photo uploads
• Worker – sees today’s tasks, snaps photos through the app, and submits quick notes

Core flow
1. Admin or manager creates a task and assigns it to one or more workers.
2. Workers get a push notification, open the task, and capture photos directly from the camera or gallery.
3. Photos upload instantly (or queue until connection is back), then appear in a timeline the manager can review and approve.

Because the head-count is small, performance tuning is straightforward, but the build must be clean, role-based, and secure. A simple dashboard that filters by date, worker, or task ID is enough; heavy analytics are not required.
