"I need a single, well-integrated software solution that keeps my warehouse running smoothly from receiving through shipping. The core of the job is to build a warehouse management system that:

• Tracks inventory in real time, showing current stock levels, locations, and movement history
• Handles order management end-to-end, from picking lists to dispatch confirmation
• Delivers live analytics so I can spot slow-moving items, forecast demand, and monitor staff efficiency
• Generates, scans, and prints UPC barcodes on demand (desktop thermal printers are already onsite)

The workflow must feel seamless to the floor staff: scan a UPC label, have the item’s data appear instantly, update inventory automatically, and push the change to the analytics dashboard without delays. Database design, user roles, and an intuitive UI are all part of the scope. I’m open on the tech stack as long as it is reliable, secure, and easy to maintain; propose what you’re comfortable supporting.
