"I’m building a complete English-proficiency testing system that mirrors the flow and polish of the British Council’s exam app, but tailored to our own institution. The solution must ship as an Android mobile application plus a matching, responsive website that share a single back-end and database, so users can move seamlessly between phone and browser without losing progress.

Core workflow
• Students create an account, verify their email or phone, and see an intuitive dashboard. From there they can schedule an official exam slot, launch any of the four graded sections (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening), or open untimed practice tests for each skill.
• Instructors log in to review submissions, listen to or read answers, leave scores and comments, and monitor live exam sessions when needed.
• Administrators manage exam calendars, user roles, question banks, payment settings, and real-time analytics on registrations and outcomes.

Key expectations
• Secure user authentication and role-based access control.
• A scheduler that handles multiple time zones, prevents double-booking, and locks in capacity limits.
• Recording modules for speaking (audio capture) and writing (rich-text + plagiarism check).
• Auto-scored multiple-choice reading/listening sections with instant feedback in practice mode.
• Offline-aware Android app that syncs automatically once the device is online.
• Clean, mobile-first web UI built with React, Vue, or comparable modern framework; REST or GraphQL API powering both clients.
