"I need a Flutter-savvy developer to wire my own custom audio files into every alert the app raises—both local notifications triggered on-device and remote push notifications delivered from the backend. The project must cover the full implementation for iOS and Android, ensuring the correct sound plays reliably whether the app is foregrounded, backgrounded, or killed.

All sound files are already prepared and supplied; what I’m missing is the platform-specific setup (AndroidManifest edits, resource placement, iOS bundle adjustments, APNs payload keys, etc.) and the Dart-side hooks so that a single code path selects the right sound for each notification type.

Deliverables
• Updated Flutter project with custom sounds correctly referenced in Android and iOS builds
• Any native code or configuration files changed, clearly commented
• Brief read-me outlining where assets live and how to add new sounds later
• APK/IPA test build (or TestFlight) proving both local and push paths play the right audio
