"My development team is gearing up for a new software release and I want an experienced project manager to take full ownership of project planning and scheduling inside Jira. The goal is a clear, realistic roadmap that keeps designers, developers, and QA aligned from kickoff through delivery.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Build a detailed work-breakdown structure and translate it into Jira epics, stories, and tasks.
• Define sprint cadence, capacity, and dependency mapping so every team member understands what’s coming next.
• Produce a timeline (Gantt or similar) that syncs automatically with the Jira board, giving me real-time visibility into progress.
• Recommend adjustments to processes or tooling if you spot bottlenecks; I’m open to your suggestions beyond just scheduling.

While the initial focus is planning, I’m happy to let you expand into risk management or broader team coordination once the schedule is solid—flexibility is there for the right person. Familiarity with Jira Advanced Roadmaps is a plus, and clear communication in everyday language is essential.
