"​ı am ooking for a developer to set up and integrate a complete communication system with our Odoo CRM. The project requires not only installing Odoo but also connecting it with VoIP, real-time transcription, and a multi-channel AI assistant.
​Project Requirements
​1. Odoo Installation
​Set up and configure the Odoo Community Edition (self-hosted) from scratch.
​2. VoIP & Transcription Integration
​Fully integrate a VoIP system with Odoo, including click-to-dial from contacts.
​Implement a real-time transcription feature that displays the conversation on the agent's screen during the call.
​Add simultaneous translation of the live transcription to the agent's native language to prevent misunderstandings.
​Automatically log all calls with details like duration and date.
​The system should be built on a stable, cost-effective platform like FreePBX or Asterisk and handle 20-30 calls per day.
​3. Omnichannel AI Assistant (Optional, but a strong plus)
​Develop an AI assistant that can manage interactions on both voice calls and text platforms like WhatsApp.
​The assistant should be able to answer basic questions and seamlessly transfer the conversation to a live agent when needed.
