"I run a distribution network that supplies more than 35 stores and need a complete quick-commerce solution that lets every stakeholder work from the same, easy-to-use system. The project has three pillars:

1. A mobile app for Android and iOS so store owners and end-customers can browse live inventory, place orders, review past purchases, earn rewards, and receive targeted offers.
2. A web-based back office that gives me, my admin team, and each individual shop a tailored login to track sales, monitor stock, verify customer KYC details, and manage promotions.
3. A real-time inventory engine with automatic stock replenishment and low-stock alerts to keep every location synced and prevent out-of-stock scenarios.

Core requirements
• Multi-level authentication: shop, client, and admin portals with role-specific dashboards.
• Data capture & storage: purchase history, contact information, and full KYC records kept securely yet instantly retrievable.
• Live catalog: customers see only items that are truly available in their selected store.
• Order workflow: from cart creation through payment, fulfillment, and delivery tracking—plus a clear order history for the customer.
• Rewards module: configurable points, coupons, and seasonal offers.
• Notification suite: push messages, email, and in-app alerts for order status and promotions.
• Scalable architecture: API-driven backend (Node.js, Laravel, or similar), cloud database with encryption, and a mobile frontend built in Flutter or React Native for maintainable cross-platform code.

Acceptance criteria
• Both apps pass App Store and Play Store review.
• Inventory latency under 5 seconds across all stores.
• Automated replenishment successfully creates purchase orders when thresholds are breached.
• KYC records exportable in CSV or JSON.
• Role-based permissions validated through a penetration test.
• Full source code, API documentation, and deployment scripts delivered on hand-over.
