Project description:
"I currently run a fully-functional marketplace that was hand-built in plain PHP and backed by MySQL. I now want the entire codebase ported to Laravel (v10 or later) so it’s easier to maintain and extend, but without changing how the site behaves or looks.

Scope
• All existing features stay exactly as they are—no additions or removals.
• The public-facing layout, colour palette, and UI elements must match the current site pixel-for-pixel so regular users notice no change.
• The build must rely solely on PHP, Laravel, Blade, and MySQL. Please do not introduce any Java or JVM-based components.

Deliverables
1. A clean, well-structured Laravel project (controllers, models, Blade views, routes) that reproduces every function of the original script.
2. Database migration files or a documented process that lets me point the new code at the existing MySQL data with zero loss.
3. Any helper scripts used for data transformation during the move.
4. Setup notes so I can install the project on a fresh LAMP stack and verify everything works.

Acceptance
The job is complete when the Laravel version delivers identical functionality, visuals, and performance to the current PHP build, and I can swap it in place on my server without user disruption." (client-provided description)
