"I’m building a branded Android-TV experience that mimics Bell Fibe’s familiar channel grid for my Canadian customers, most of whom are seniors. The goal is for them to plug in a low-cost box such as Walmart’s ONN, turn it on, and immediately feel at home with the same channel numbering and order they already know.

Beyond the core Bell Fibe lineup, I also want the app to surface extra movie packs, live sports, Netflix, and the usual streaming services—all reachable from one consistent interface. Large fonts, straightforward navigation, and a remote-friendly design are non-negotiable.

On the business side, I need a secure way to activate or deactivate each box from my end. A browser-based admin portal where I can create user profiles, set an annual renewal date, process payments, and cut or restore service with a single click would cover it. Usage stats and automated renewal reminders would be a bonus.
