"I already have a progressive web app built with [login to view URL] on the front end, a lightweight Python API layer, and a MySQL Lite database. What is still missing is a complete, production-ready account system and the code that persists the health-tracking data I currently keep only in temporary variables.

Here’s what I need done:

• Registration must capture a username, email, encrypted password, general user data, the current glucose level, plus roughly a dozen additional health-related fields I will share in schema form.
• Users have to be able to log in, update or delete their profile, reset forgotten passwords, and change anything in their record at any time.
• Two-factor authentication is mandatory and must support email codes, SMS codes and an authenticator-app option. Choice should be exposed in the UI.
• The Python back end should expose clean CRUD endpoints that write those temporary values to MySQL Lite and return them to the [login to view URL] front end.
• All sensitive operations need solid validation, hashing (bcrypt or similar), and JWT or session handling that plays well with a PWA.

I will provide code access, the existing schema, and test data. Once done I expect a short hand-off document and working demo GIFs showing registration, 2FA flow, profile edits, and a successful data write/read round-trip." (client-provided description)
