"I have a fully developed website for my HR consulting business (Stratum Labor Consulting). The content, structure, and functionality are complete — what I need now is a skilled designer to refine and polish the look so it feels more professional, visually engaging, and brand-consistent.

What Needs to Be Done:

Fonts & Colors: Update fonts for readability and consistency, and fine-tune the color palette to align with brand colors (navy blue, black, crème grey). The goal is a clean, modern, and cohesive feel.

Images: Replace temporary stock photos with high-quality, relevant images that match the professional HR/compliance focus of the business. Visuals should feel authentic and trustworthy, not generic.

Layout & Spacing: Clean up alignment, white space, and margins for a more balanced and easy-to-read design.

Blended Design: Ensure text, images, and sections flow naturally together (no sharp contrasts or jarring elements).

Attention-Grabbing Features: Incorporate design practices that make websites stand out — clear headings, visual hierarchy, calls to action that pop, and subtle interactive touches (hover effects, buttons that stand out but stay professional).

Overall Cohesion: The site should look sharp, modern, and engaging while still feeling polished and professional for clients.

What I’m Looking For:
