"I need our current WordPress site rebuilt inside a fresh Elementor environment, matching the approved Figma files pixel-for-pixel. Few of my paid plugins will be used in new site also all the database data should be present in the new system. Current functionality can not break or disappear during the transition.

The scope breaks down as follows:
• Set up a clean WordPress install, load Elementor and recreate each page section so it mirrors the Figma layouts on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Migrate and configure all present plugins so they operate identically after the rebuild; custom settings, shortcodes, and hooks must remain untouched.
• Verify that contact forms, dynamic content, and any bespoke integrations still function end-to-end.
• I may decide to introduce new plugins later, so structure the build with best-practice naming and reusable global styles to keep future additions painless.
• The site should be light and seo friendly.

Acceptance will be based on a side-by-side comparison with Figma, successful regression testing of every legacy feature, and performance scores comparable to or better than the current site.
