"I am setting up an agency that sources live-in and part-time maids internationally, starting with India, Myanmar and neighbouring Asian countries. What I need is an experienced partner who can run the end-to-end recruitment and compliance pipeline:

• identify and pre-screen suitable candidates in the source countries
• manage visa, work-permit and contract documentation for each placement, following both local regulations in the country of origin and the host-country’s domestic-worker rules
• coordinate mandatory medical examinations and vaccination records before departure
• keep digital records up to date in the relevant immigration and labour-ministry portals, making sure every step is traceable and audit-ready

You should already be familiar with common recruitment platforms, overseas employment bureau requirements, embassy submission portals and health-screening clinics. A working knowledge of POEA/EPB processes, GCC-style domestic-worker contracts or similar frameworks is a plus, as many of our employers are abroad.

Deliverables I expect for each approved candidate:
1. Signed employment contract and agency agreement (PDF)
2. Verified medical report and fit-to-work certificate
3. Visa approval copy and flight itinerary
4. A single folder of all scanned originals, stamped and ready for inspection
