"I need a Playwright automation framework created from the ground up for a web application. The initial scope centres on two core user journeys— the Login page and the User dashboard and some features— running exclusively in Chrome. Although those are the only flows required right now, the framework should be engineered so additional pages and browsers can be plugged in later without major refactoring.

Key deliverables:
• A clean, modular Playwright project structure (TypeScript or JavaScript is fine) featuring a sensible folder hierarchy and the Page Object Model.
• Working test cases that cover positive and negative scenarios for the Login page and all essential interactions on the User dashboard.
• Configuration that executes reliably in Chrome via command line and through a simple CI step (GitHub Actions or similar) with readable HTML or JSON reports.
• A concise README explaining setup, execution commands, and how to extend the framework with new pages, locators, or environments.
