"I’m building a lightweight browser-based tool that accepts a U.S. phone number, reaches out to Whitepages, and instantly returns the carrier name—nothing more, nothing less. The app will live on a Windows server, so please choose technologies that deploy cleanly there (ASP.NET Core, Flask with IIS, Node on IIS, or anything similarly straightforward).

Key expectations
• A single-screen, minimal interface: one input field, a “Search” button, and a clear text result.
• Account handling is optional. If you add it, keep signup frictionless and make guest access possible.
• Scraping or Whitepages API—either approach is fine as long as it’s reliable and within their terms.
• Provide clear setup notes and source code so I can redeploy or extend later on my own.

Acceptance criteria
1. Entering any valid U.S. number returns the correct carrier in under five seconds.
2. Runs without errors on Windows Server 2019 with default IIS settings.
3. Code is well-commented and delivered via Git or a zip archive along with a brief README.
