"I’m launching a brand-new academic journal site designed primarily for researchers and scholars and need the entire platform built from scratch. The single, must-have feature for the first release is a seamless article submission system that runs on an automated workflow—authors upload, the system routes the manuscript through each stage, and everyone involved receives real-time status notifications without manual intervention.

I’m open on the tech stack as long as the result is secure, scalable, and easy for an editorial team to manage. A clean, responsive front end, an intuitive dashboard for editors, and clear author guidelines pages are all part of the scope. While peer-review archives and advanced search can come later, the architecture should leave room to bolt those on without a total rebuild.
