"I need a skilled full-stack developer to step into an in-progress rental inspection platform and bring the React Native mobile app to full stability and feature-parity with the WordPress backend it connects to. Right now the mobile side is most critical: it’s suffering from text-input glitches, wonky photo zoom, unreliable editable fields, and a generally clunky UI/UX. Alongside squashing those bugs, I’d like to see thoughtful performance tuning and the rollout of a few new, already-scoped features that will enrich the inspection workflow for landlords and property managers.

The WordPress side is largely solid but your comfort with custom plugins, REST endpoints, and any tweaks the API might need is essential so the two layers stay in sync. I also need someone comfortable with zapier and integrating with other apps. Also toying with expanded AI features as well.

Availability matters: I’m counting on roughly 20 hours each week and quick turnaround for consults or stand-ups during U.S. business hours.

Tech you’ll touch:
• React Native (current codebase, iOS & Android)
• WordPress (custom theme + plugin, REST API)
• Typical companion tools: Git, Firebase/SQL, Figma files for UI references

Deliverables I’m expecting:
1. Stable, crash-free app build with the identified bugs resolved.
