"I want to build a complete VPN platform similar to PureVPN, but fully managed and customized for my needs. The idea is to start from scratch and create a system that allows me to run multiple VPN servers, manage clients, monitor connections, and have a professional dashboard. The servers should be based on WireGuard or Outline VPN for performance, but I want them integrated in a way that I can control everything from a central panel. The dashboard should show real-time statistics per client, including total traffic usage, number of active connections, and the ISP/operator used (for example Vodafone, MEO, NOS). I also want automated logs stored in different formats (CSV, JSON, SQLite) so I can analyze the data later.

The system must include a clean and secure web panel where I can add and remove clients, generate configuration files or QR codes, and see who is connected at any moment. I also need Telegram alerts whenever a client connects or disconnects. The backend should be stable and able to handle hundreds of users, with the possibility to expand to more servers in the future. Security and reliability are very important, so the panel should run with HTTPS and ideally be protected behind a tunnel or proxy.
