"I want to launch a sleek, modern-looking site for Angel Healthcare Services that showcases who we are and gives both staff and clients an easy way to interact with us online. The public-facing section will hold four core pages—Home, About Us, Our Services and Join Us—plus a Contact area with our phone, email and links to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

On top of that, I need two secure portals:

Staff Portal
• Sign-up / sign-in
• Enter work location, start & finish times and automatically total hours
• View past and current payslips (PDF or HTML)
• Review and update stored personal details

Client Portal
• Sign-up / sign-in
• Submit new service requests
• View and download invoices
• Access legal, health & safety documents

The overall vibe must be modern and trendy; I’ll supply our color palette and any existing brand assets once we begin. Feel free to recommend the best tech stack or CMS to make future updates straightforward. Responsive design for all devices and basic on-page SEO are expected.

Deliverables
