"I need several remaining pages in my medium-sized React 18 application brought in line with MUI 5. The back-end is Node.js, but this work is focused on the front end; full-stack familiarity will simply make it easier for you to spin up the project locally and understand the existing architecture.

The scope centers on two areas: general user-interface elements and all form/validation flows. We already run a custom design system built on MUI 5, so every component you add or refactor must follow those spacing rules and color palettes. No visual deviations—just consistent, theme-aware implementation.

Most screens already load data correctly; the goal is to swap out legacy markup, inline styles, and third-party widgets with clean, composable MUI equivalents while preserving current functionality. Responsive behavior and accessibility need to be maintained or improved.

Deliverables (per page or feature group):
• Refactored JSX using MUI 5 components, styled via our theme
• Validation built with helper utilities
• Any incidental TypeScript fixes so the project keeps compiling without new errors
• A concise PR description documenting what changed and why, plus screenshots or a short Loom clip proving parity
