"I have a finished static HTML theme that I now want running on WordPress, built entirely with Elementor so I can manage it myself going forward. The job is a one-to-one recreation: the header and footer, the full home page layout, and every inner page must look and behave exactly as in the original files, including breakpoints, hover states, and any subtle animations.

You’ll get the complete HTML package, images, and part of the copy. I still need help writing or sourcing the remaining text and a few stock photos, so you should be comfortable filling those gaps while keeping the design cohesive.

Deliverables and acceptance criteria
• Global header and footer saved as Elementor Theme Builder templates and assigned site-wide
• Home page rebuilt section by section in Elementor with no hard-coded HTML blocks
• All inner pages converted, linked correctly, and tested for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Editable content areas for the text and images I’ll supply, plus the additional content you create
• A brief hand-off (video or document) showing where to edit each part of the site

I’ll provide access to a fresh WordPress install; please use clean Elementor widgets and only minimal custom CSS where unavoidable and minimal plugins. Share your turnaround time and a couple of Elementor rebuilds you’ve done that are similar." (client-provided description)
