"On my Vtiger CRM 8.4.0 instance, emails go out flawlessly until I add an attachment—any attachment, any size, any format. As soon as I hit Send, the page simply refreshes and nothing is delivered. No recent tweaks were made to either the CRM or the server, and I’m not looking for additional logging or fancy error handling; I just need the core problem resolved.

I’m after a PHP-savvy Vtiger specialist who can:

• trace why the mailer fails when a file is present,
• apply the fix directly in the existing codebase or configuration, and
• confirm that emails send successfully with and without attachments.

The task is considered complete once I can reproduce reliable sends from the Leads module (and other modules that share the same composer) with typical file types like PDF, DOCX, and PNG. Please bring prior Vtiger experience so we can move quickly." (client-provided description)
